Email are usually actioned within the hour and certainly before close of business at 5.30pm the day submitted, the letter will be sent by second class franked post the same day if the instruction is before 4.30 pm if after then it will go the following day.

If they do not pay you can get back in touch with us and we can discuss next steps which will depend on the age and value of the debt.

We can follow through with legal action via our solicitors for you and we can advise you of costs for for legal action and look at the best options. We would look at the company and assess the likelihood that legal action will result in a recovery for you. There are various options if this happens, usually the email or letter will get results for you.

Yes if you choose the option for your email and or letter then interest and Compensation as per the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Interest Act is automatically added for you.

Yes an invoice is automatically emailed to you within 24 hours

We do not ask for payment to be made to us we ask payment to be made directly to you. We do not receive payments as we do not provide our bank details on the letter but in the event that we received a cheque we would advise you and clear this in our account and would remit the funds to you as soon as they are cleared, but this is very rare.

We do not automatically supply this but it can be sent to you on email if you requested.
